What it actually means.

Calculate as Won Deals ÷ (Total Closed Opportunities − Disqualified). B2B SaaS benchmark: 20–30%. Enterprise: 15–25%. PLG: 25–40%. Anything below 15% on qualified opps usually points to ICP or qualification problems.
